Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at InclusiCare Solutions Inc. As a key contributor to our success, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:

        – Develop and execute HR strategies that contribute to our organizational success.

  • Talent Acquisition:

         – Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.

  • Employee Relations:

          – Cultivate a positive work environment and manage employee relations effectively.

  • Performance Management:

          – Oversee performance appraisal processes and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Training and Development:

         – Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

          – Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

  •  HR Compliance:

          – Stay informed about labor laws, ensuring our practices remain compliant.

  • Employee Engagement:

         – Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Conflict Resolution:

         – Address and resolve conflicts, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace.

  • HR Metrics and Reporting:

         – Utilize HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and inform decision-making.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in HR management or a senior HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
