Creating Homes, Not Facilities
Small Home Environments
In a smaller home, your family member is truly known—their preferences, routines, and what makes a good day. Our homes are built for stability, consistency, and personalised care.
Individual Choice Matters
Daily routines matter. We build support around the person, not the program, encouraging independence and choice at every step
Complex Needs Welcome
We support individuals with behavioural, developmental, or medical complexities, including those who struggled in past placements. If one didn’t work, we help find one that does.
Community-Based Living
Our homes are in real Calgary communities, where residents engage in daily life, connect locally, and truly belong.

Yes and we encourage it. Family involvement is welcome and valued throughout the placement. Visits are part of how we maintain open communication and keep families genuinely connected.
es and we expect it. Families know their family member best. Your input shapes the care plan from day one and throughout the placement.
Our homes are small shared environments with a carefully matched group of residents designed to feel like a real home, not a group facility. Each resident has their own personal space.
Support plans are reviewed and adjusted in coordination with your caseworker as needs evolve. We do not leave families to navigate changes alone.
We work closely with families and caseworkers to find appropriate solutions if circumstances change. Our goal is always to find the right support arrangement not just to fill a placement.
Our homes are deliberately small, our support workers are consistent, and our decisions are made by people who are directly involved in care not a distant administration team. We know the people we support by name, by preference, and by what makes a good day.
