About InclusiCare Solutions

Care that honors who you are—not just what you need. We're an Indigenous-owned disability services organization serving Calgary and Treaty 7 communities.
We specialize in supporting individuals and families others have turned away—providing respite, residential, community access support and transportation services with dignity, cultural safety, and genuine care.
Who We Are

Our Story

InclusiCare Solutions is an Indigenous-owned disability services organization founded in [Year] to serve children, adults, and families across Calgary and Treaty 7 territory.

We were created because too many families with complex needs were being turned away by other providers. We saw families struggling to find culturally safe care. We saw individuals whose disabilities were deemed “too challenging” being left without support.

So we built something different.

Land Acknoledgement

Honoring Treaty 7 Territory

We acknowledge Treaty 7 territory—the traditional lands of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Kainai, Piikani, and Siksika Nations), the Tsuut’ina Nation, and Stoney Nakoda Nations—as well as the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3.

We recognize the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples who have lived on and cared for these lands for generations. This acknowledgement reflects our commitment to respect, learning, and reconciliation.

As an Indigenous-owned organization, we are committed to providing culturally safe care that honors the identities and traditions of the communities we serve.

How Approach

How We're Different

Five Key Principles

Care is shaped by individual routines, goals, and preferences—not pre-set programs. You lead. We support.

We recognize that culture, identity, and community connections are essential to wellbeing. Support is delivered with respect for each person’s background, values, and lived experience.

Many families have been told their loved one’s needs are “too complex” or “too challenging.” We see this differently. Complex needs require specialized support—not rejection. That’s what we provide.

Maximum 3 residents per residential home. Small community access groups (4-8 participants). Consistent support workers who know you. This isn’t institutional care.

We coordinate with PDD/FSCD caseworkers, healthcare providers, behavior consultants, and families to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
