Residential care for adults is funded through PDD — both caseworker-managed and Family-Managed arrangements are supported.

Our homes are small shared environments with a carefully matched group of residents designed to feel like a real home, not a group facility. Each resident has their own personal space.
Support plans are reviewed and adjusted in coordination with your caseworker as needs evolve. We do not leave families to navigate changes alone.
We work closely with families and caseworkers to find appropriate solutions if circumstances change. Our goal is always to find the right support arrangement not just to fill a placement.
Our homes are deliberately small, our support workers are consistent, and our decisions are made by people who are directly involved in care not a distant administration team. We know the people we support by name, by preference, and by what makes a good day.
